Delivery in the Post!

Recently, I received a parcel from the postman. I hadn't been expecting a parcel that looked like a house so I eagerly opened it up and looked inside. Oh my paws, something smelt GOOD! I sniffed open the two house-shaped boxes inside the packaging and then realised what was causing the smell- 2 pretty pupcakes all for me! Man, that was unexpected!
I wasn't sure of who had sent me them until I found a letter; a brand-new social networking site for pet owners, My Social Petwork! The site aims to bring together all pet lovers, communities and businesses from across the UK to make friends and share a mutual love for pets- doesn't that sound adorable?!
To get involved on My Social Petwork, you can register on the site at www.mysocialpetwork.co.uk. Once on, you can 'add a pet' to your account and start posting cute pictures of your pets. Each day, My Social Petwork will give the picture and video with the most amount of 'Loves' a spot to be proud of on the 'Pet of the Day' homepage. I love the idea of this website!

A Trip to the Pet Shop!

Yesterday, my humans took me on a very special trip out; we were going to the pet shop. This pet shop allows doggies inside so my humans put me on my lead and off we went. As soon as I got in, I started rapidly sniffing as, trust me, this shop smells goooooood! With my humans being dragged along behind me, I went over to where all the doggie toys and treats are- the best section of the shop. There is a whole aisle of awesome things so I spent ages sniffing out my favourite toys and hinting to the humans that I wanted it. Hanging higher up were the best tennis balls: Kong squeaky ones! I jumped onto the lowest shelf and started stretching as far I could stretch to try and get it. Finally, I managed to touch it but my humans said that I wasn't allowed it as I savaged the last ones. I was very sad....

However, then I sniffed out a rubber bone, one of which the humans have already bought me and I have at home! My humans laughed at me (rude or what?!) as the bone was hidden behind loads of boxes and there was only one. Thank Paws for my awesome sniffer nose! I grabbed hold of the bone and then ran around the shop with it, my humans flying along behind. Sadly, they wouldn't let me get another one either. Man, they were so mean!

Eventually, I found a toy and some treats that my humans said they would buy me. Yey! I got given a fluffy toy with a squeaker inside who I named Boris and I got some chewy treats. Woop woop!
Doggies: if you ever visit a pet shop, remember to try and eat everything in sight- it works!
